Iridium Technology on Track to Achieve 1.5 Million Law Firm Clients by 2020


Iridium Technology LLC – the consulting firm that is 100% focused on Business Intelligence for law firms – announced today that they are on track with their strategic growth plan to sign up 1.5 million law firms as clients by 2010.   “We have been doubling our client base every six months.” states Tom Jones, President of Iridium Technology. “Projecting that rate out through 2020 will result in us having 1,572,864 clients by Q4 2020.    We are quite excited about the growth of our client base and the enthusiasm in the legal market for ADERANT’s ClearView Performance BI offering.   We are obviously making plans to scale up our staff to handle more than one million customers – our current plan is to take over the leases on all of the empty Blockbuster stores so we can offer consultants based in all major metropolitan areas”.

We had great attendance and great feedback on our webinar last week, so we are going to do one more round of sessions the week of March 12th. 

 

Iridium Technology LLC – the consulting firm that is 100% focused on Business Intelligence for law firms – will be hosting a webinar at the end of February on “Getting Maximum Value from your ADERANT Expert ClearView Performance Cubes (Updated for 2012!)”.   In this free webinar, Iridium will show you what is possible when you maximize the customization capabilities that ADERANT has built into ClearView Performance.  They will also cover a wide range of topics including profitability cube implementation, dashboard options, localization, keeping your cubes properly tuned, and much more.  Extensive examples will be cited based on Iridium's client implementations in all regions.

Iridium Technology Announces Results of Legal News and Social Media Survey

Iridium Technology – the consulting firm that is 100% focused on business intelligence for law firms – recently announced the results of their customer satisfaction survey. As part of the survey, Iridium included questions about legal media outlets and their client’s interest in social media. The majority of respondents to the survey were CFOs and Financial Reporting Managers. Key findings:

  • The Orange Rag / Legal Technology Insider, Legal IT Professionals, and TheKnowList were cited as the most important sources of legal IT news and information
  • Iridium provides regular updates to their client base through monthly update emails and more than 90% of the clients rated this content as “Valuable” or “Highly Valuable”. However, when asked if they were interested in following Iridium on Facebook, 83% of the respondents replied “No Interest”. Additionally, when asked if they were interested in following Iridium on Twitter, 92% of the respondents replied “No Interest”

“Firstly, kudos to Rob Ameruun, Charles Christian and Daniel Brown,” states Tom Jones, President of Iridium Technology. “The results clearly showed that these three fine publications are where Iridium clients go for legal news and information. Secondly, it is good to know that our clients are not interested in following Iridium on Twitter or Facebook. This will save Iridium time from posting updates which we already provide through our newsletters, allowing us to continue to focus on providing high quality BI implementations for our expanding client base. Tweet that!”

Iridium’s customer satisfaction survey was independently run by Adept Alliance LLC, a Reno-based business services firm.

Iridium Technology Announces (Great!) Results of Annual Client Satisfaction Survey

Iridium Technology – the consulting firm that is 100% focused on business intelligence for law firms – is pleased to announce the results of their 2011 annual customer satisfaction survey which was completed in January. The results show that more than 90% of the respondents gave Iridium rankings of “Highly Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied” on the following attributes:

  • Overall satisfaction with Iridium Technology as their BI vendor
  • The business practices and ethics of Iridium Technology as an organization
  • Technical capabilities and product knowledge
  • Professionalism
  • Responsiveness and availability
  • Quality of work
  • Understanding clients’ needs and requirements
  • Project planning and management
  • The value that Iridium provides

Additionally, 100% of the survey respondents say that they would recommend Iridium as a vendor.

“We are obviously very pleased with these results,” states Tom Jones, President of Iridium Technology. “Providing our clients with outstanding service and value is extremely important to us, and we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Iridium Technology Opens New Zealand Office to Support Expansion of Global Business Intelligence Consulting

Iridium Technology – the consulting firm that is 100% focused on business intelligence for law firms – is pleased to announce that they have opened an office in the Albany suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. This office will be the center of Iridium's global consulting and client support operations.


“As our client base and staff has expanded, we need to expand our infrastructure,” states Tom Jones, President of Iridium Technology. “The new Auckland office will provide us with a centralized location as we continue to grow our BI consulting staff, as well as a solid infrastructure to support our rapidly expanding client base. The office is also well positioned to support the increasing number of firms in Australia and New Zealand that are looking to Iridium Technology to handle their mission-critical BI implementations."

Iridium Technology Signs Up Four AMLAW 200 Clients in Q4 for ClearView Performance Implementations

Iridium Technology – the consulting firm that is 100% focused on business intelligence for law firms – is pleased to announce that in Q4 2011 Iridium signed up four major North American law firms for implementations of the ADERANT ClearView business intelligence platform. Baker Donelson LLP, Troutman Sanders LLP, and two other AMLAW 200 firms have all engaged Iridium Technology for implementation of both the ClearView Performance and Profitability cubes.

Iridium Technology Hires Preet Sangha to Expand Global BI Consulting Team

Iridium Technology announced that they have hired Preet Sangha to join their expanding global consulting team. As a Principal Developer/Consultant, Sangha will be focused on implementing and customizing ADERANT BI products for Iridium clients in the UK, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.

Sangha brings over 25 years of consulting and development experience to Iridium Technology, and previously worked as a member of the ADERANT development team in Auckland. In his role as Principal Developer/Consultant he will be implementing and customizing ADERANT ClearView Performance cubes for clients.Sangha has detailed knowledge of the Expert table structures, experience with the business of law, and excellent skills on the entire Microsoft BI technology stack. Prior to joining ADERANT, Sangha worked as a self-employed consultant for more than 14 years, developing custom database and financial applications for businesses in the UK and New Zealand.

Iridium Technology to Ship FOUR TONS of Care Packages to Deployed U.S. Marines

Iridium Technology - the only consulting firm specifically focused on Business Intelligence for law firms - is proud to organize and sponsor “Operation Sam’s Club” again this year to provide support to deployed U.S. Marines in Afghanistan. “We shipped 1.3 tons of care packages to deployed Marines last year,” states Tom Jones, President of Iridium Technology. “This year we are going to collect and ship four (!) tons of donations over the weekend of October 8th. Operation Sam’s Club is Iridium’s biggest community service event of the year. We have organized a team of local volunteers to support our efforts and I fully expect to exceed our goal in collecting four tons of donations over the weekend.”

“While the initiative is named "Operation Sam's Club" to thank Sam's Club for the use of their premises, this effort is 100% organized, managed, and sponsored by Iridium Technology.“ Jones continues, “There are three major goals for the ongoing campaign: (1) To provide direct support to our deployed Marines by sending them care packages, (2) To thank our Marines for their service and remind them that they have strong support from the American people, and (3) To encourage people to learn more about the Adopt-a-Marine program and to sponsor a deployed U.S. Marine deployed in Afghanistan.
